Catching a mammoth… by the tail
Darwin Museum. Catch a Mammoth… by the Tail
Brief Description: An interactive journey through the Darwin Museum.
The tour consists of two parts. The first group of children visits several halls of the main exhibition and then heads to the “Know Yourself! Know the World!” center, where 52 modern interactive exhibits await them. The second group begins its journey in the interactive zone and then continues exploring other halls on the first and second floors. It is impossible to visit every hall, but we will make sure to see the most interesting ones!
Quest Storyline
Several teams of traveler-explorers are studying the animal world of our planet. The guide provides information while the children explore the exhibits. Each team receives questions that they answer together. The participants will need logic, observation skills, a good memory, and teamwork to collectively gather information about the animal that can be caught by the tail.
In the interactive center, children will be able to see the world through the eyes of animals, test their strength against a tiger, study plants and animals, compare their pulse with that of a horse or an elephant, compare their intelligence with that of a rat, pigeon, or crow, and make many other fascinating discoveries.
In the finale, the children must find the animal that simply has to be caught by the tail.
If they find and catch the beast, the quest is completed, and rewards await the heroes.
